We are the product. Aron Lobo brings 10+ years of restaurant ownership across four establishments, combined with expertise in LATAM service outsourcing. Lana brings KPMG-trained internal audit rigour and Fortune 500 experience — clients include Danone and Toyota.
This is not a marketing agency, not a chef consultancy, not a software vendor. This is an operations-first consulting boutique focused on deep operational re-engineering of restaurants and hospitality businesses.
